HAWKINS, Texas – Juan Iracheta and Kevin Ochoa booted in goals to lead the Jarvis Christian men's soccer team to a 2-0 win against North American Saturday afternoon at the Jarvis Soccer Field.
The Bulldogs improve their record to 3-1-1 on the season.
JCU scored once in the first half and once in the second half to cruise to the 2-0 win Saturday.
Iracheta scored in the 33rd minute on an assist by Orlando Rodriguez. The goal was Iracheta's first of the season. Ochoa scored in the 59th minute to notch his second goal of the season. Kyang Dieu Merci was credited with the assist.
Goalkeeper Jahir Arevalo picked up two saves as he picked up the shutout in his first start of the season.
